Dear Grapes, we’re delighted to introduce a Paulée-style evening to the chapter—one of the most requested formats to come out of our 2025 survey. Expect an evening shaped not by a preset list, but by what each of you chooses to bring and share—a kind of living cellar, assembled in real time.
